With a newborn at home, triple-digit Texas heat, and no clear sense of when things would return to normal, we knew we had to make a change. We packed up and moved to Colorado Springs, where the temperatures were cooler, the air was drier, and life felt just a little more open—even in the middle of uncertainty.
Those years brought perspective. They reminded us of what truly matters: family, resilience, and community. Now, after weathering that storm, I’ve returned home to Austin, ready to pick up right where we left off and take ATX Bartenders to new heights.
